Job Overview

Creative Support is looking for warm, motivated individuals to empower people with learning disabilities in Wandsworth. We are recruiting a new team to support tenants with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, behaviours which may challenge, and mental health needs. You will be supporting service users to enjoy a fantastic quality of life in a new-build development of 7 self-contained flats, purpose-designed to maximise independence and community connections.

Responsibilities

You will:

1. Support service users to lead fulfilling and valued lives.
2. Help maintain tenancies and participate in the local community.
3. Assist in developing independent living skills and achieving personal goals.
4. Provide direct care and support.
5. Work flexible shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.

Qualifications

You must be committed to an empowering approach to support. We require flexible and reliable bank workers to support our staff in providing a high-quality service. We will offer you supportive management and good availability of work.
