Job summary

Creative Support is seeking enthusiastic Relief Support Workers in Stockport to provide person-centred support to tenants with learning disabilities and other needs, helping them participate in everyday life and engage with local communities across Stockport.

You will work as part of a friendly team, bring energy and empathy, and be motivated to make a positive difference within a not-for-profit organisation in Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support to tenants with learning disabilities and other needs to take part in all aspects of everyday life.
• Help tenants engage with local Stockport communities and participate in activities.

Job description

Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high quality person-centred social care services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and other support needs in Stockport and across Greater Manchester.

We are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful and energetic Relief Support Workers who are well motivated, hardworking and keen to join our friendly team in Stockport. You will provide person-centred support to tenants with a learning disability and other needs to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to engage and participate with the local Stockport communities.
