Creative Support is looking for warm, motivated individuals to empower people with learning disabilities in Wandsworth.

About the Role

We are recruiting a new team to support tenants with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, behaviours which may challenge, and mental health needs. You will support service users to enjoy a high quality of life in a purpose-built development of 7 self-contained flats, designed to maximize independence and community connections. The accommodation is located in Tooting Bec, a pleasant residential area close to bus routes and local amenities.

Position Details

We require flexible and reliable bank workers to support our staff in providing a high-quality service. This rewarding role involves working shifts that suit you and meet service user needs, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.

Candidate Requirements

You must be committed to an empowering support approach that enables people to lead fulfilling lives, maintain tenancies, participate in the community, develop independent living skills, and achieve personal goals. You will provide direct care and support, helping service users achieve their dreams. Service users may be at different life stages, including transition into adulthood, old age, times of crisis or ill health, and approaching end of life.
