Job summary

Creative Support in Liverpool is seeking Relief Support Workers to work across our Toxteth, Netherley and City Centre services. You will provide person-centred care and practical and emotional support to people with mental health needs, following individual Support Plans to help them gain independence.

You will work shift-based, picking opportunities that fit your schedule. A clean driving licence is beneficial; applicants must be located in the UK and eligible to work.

Qualifications

• At least twelve months experience of working with people with mental health needs.
• A clean driving licence and access to a car is beneficial.

We are recruiting Relief Support Workers for our supported living services in Toxteth, Netherley and the City Centre, providing support to people with mental health needs. We are looking for a motivated and warm individual to provide person-centred care and support at our Liverpool services.

As a Relief Support Worker, you will be providing practical and emotional support to service users in line with their Personal Support Plans. You will identify and access opportunities with service users to help them gain independence and confidence. Working with service users in a recovery-focused way, you will follow their support and risk management plans. You will collaborate with service users, families, carers, and involved professionals to ensure our Liverpool services are consistent, coordinated, and maximize outcomes for service users.

At least twelve months experience of working with people with mental health needs is essential. A clean driving licence and access to a car is beneficial.

This position allows you to pick up shifts that suit your schedule, making it ideal for fitting around personal commitments, study or caring responsibilities.
