A community support organization in the Greater London area is seeking a Relief Support Worker to assist individuals in their homes, promoting independence through daily support and community involvement. This flexible role requires covering various shifts, and while driving is preferred, it is not mandatory. An enhanced DBS is essential. The position offers competitive pay of £12.21 per hour along with a range of employee benefits including training, pension schemes, and wellbeing programs.

You will be supporting individuals in their own homes to live as independently as possible. This involves following daily planners, helping with financial expenditure, personal care, domestic support and administration of medication.
A rewarding part of the role will be encouraging participation in activities in the local community to enhance social inclusion.
Relief positions – all we ask is that you can be flexible to cover days, evenings, weekends and waking nights.
If you drive this would be recommended, but is not essential.
An enhanced DBS will be required for this role.
A minimum of 28‑days paid holiday a year, including bank holidays (pro‑rata for part time staff)
Accredited training giving you the knowledge and skills to deliver a first‑rate job
