You don’t need any previous experience to become a Support Worker with Sense. We’ll provide full training for our part-time and full-time roles. Sense now has opportunities for Relief Support Workers to join us in Exeter covering EX2, EX4, EX5, EX11 areas. This is a casual role with flexible hours, including coverage across the week for part-time, full-time and relief/bank contracts. Driving is desirable to cover the above areas.

The work involves varied shifts, including sleep-ins, weekends, evenings and days. We are looking for people who want flexibility but can commit and share our values in return—a great role for someone looking to enter the care sector.
