Relief Support Worker

£12.21 per hour covering HA5 5RD area

About the Role

You will be supporting individuals in their own homes to live as independently as possible. This involves following daily planners, helping with financial expenditure, personal care, domestic support and administration of medication.

A rewarding part of the role will be encouraging participation in activities in the local community to enhance social inclusion.

Relief positions

All we ask is that you can be flexible to cover days, evenings, weekends and waking nights.

If you drive this would be recommended, but is not essential. An enhanced DBS will be required for this role.
