A leading food service provider in London is seeking a Relief Sous Chef to create menus and ensure high food standards. The role requires strong communication and time management skills, and offers a salary of £38,480 per annum with a range of benefits including personal development opportunities and a pension scheme. The working hours are predominantly Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with some weekend work required.

Rate of Pay: £38,480 per annum, Overtime paid at 1.5 premium
Working Pattern: Predominantly Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 07:00am - 15:30pm, Some weekend work & evening availability for occasional hospitality events
