A not-for-profit service provider is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Relief Service Manager in Brighton. This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities and temporarily managing teams in the absence of a permanent manager. You will contribute to making a meaningful difference in lives by promoting independence and dignity. The position requires 37 hours per week, with the flexibility to cover evenings and weekends. The salary is competitive at £35,129 with additional allowances.

Location: Bell Lane, Lewes (covering services across the whole of Sussex)
Salary: £35,129 + £1000 Essential car user allowance + mileage allowance
Allowances: Dependent on the service and hours worked, you may receive shift allowances and on-call allowances.
Hours: 37 per week, rostered - including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term
