Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a dedicated relief security officer for a government facility. The role covers days, nights and weekends across three sites, including holidays and sickness cover, with a pay rate of £13 per hour. Applicants must have lived in the UK for over five years and be able to undergo security clearance processed by the company.

A front-line licence is required. The role emphasizes compliance with UK law and site procedures, completing required competency

Qualifications

• Previous security experience in guarding or similar roles.
• SIA licence is required.
• SC clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets per site AI's and updates.
• Meet KPIs / SLAs to help retain the contract.
• Undertake required competency training and renew licences in time.
• Ensure compliance with UK law and site policies.
• Maintain incident notebooks and report incidents.
