Corps Security is seeking a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Officer to provide holiday and sickness cover at client premises. The role offers training and development with a view to permanent opportunities and a fixed shift pattern when available.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• Valid SIA Front-Line License – essential.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Able to work to deadlines, multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 standards.

Aufgaben

• Greet staff and visitors professionally.
• Act as the front-line security presence.
• Control access to the site and verify identification where required.
• Issue building passes and maintain an accurate log of passes.
• Operate the access control system and CCTV as needed.
• Conduct card audits and keep records up to date.
• Respond to incidents quickly and coordinate with management/emergency services.
• Complete incident reports and manage keys.

We are looking for a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Officer to be trained and required to work at several of our client’s premises to assist us with holiday and sickness cover, with a view to being allocated a fixed shift pattern, when the opportunities arise.

What you will need:

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
• A valid SIA Front-Line License - essential
• Confidence and ability to establish and maintain good and effective working relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work to deadlines, multitasking and working under pressure.
• Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Software Packages (e.g. Excel)

What are you going to do:

• Greet staff and visitors in a professional manner
• Act as the front-line security presence
• Control access to the site and verify identification whererequired
• Issue building passes, ensuring everyone that has beenvalidatedprior to entryMaintainan accuratelog of all passes
• Operate the access control system, ensuring only authorised personnel have access to restricted areas
• Conduct card audits to ensure records are kept up to date
• Respond to incidents within the building efficiently
• Escalate major incidents to relevant management or emergency services
• Coordinate incidents with the rest of the team, management & emergency services
• Complete incident reports
• Manage access to the car park, preventing unauthorised access
• Monitor CCTV feeds of the car park
• Carry out thorough patrols of the premises, reporting any Health & Safety issues,threatsor faults
• Maintain a daily occurrence log of events
• Report any faults, safety hazards or suspicious activities seenProvide cover for the Security Operations Centre (SOC). Monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
• Manage the issuing of keys
