• Pay Rate: £14.16 per hour, a minimum of 8 hours per week
• SIA licence (Guarding or Door Supervisor) required

About the Role

Are you a people‑person with a keen eye for detail and a calm, professional approach? We're looking for a Relief Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious corporate site in Biggin Hill.

As the first point of contact for visitors and staff, you'll ensure safety, security, and top‑tier service across the campus. From front‑of‑house duties to CCTV monitoring and emergency response, no two days will be the same.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Greeting staff and visitors, managing ID/access badges, and ensuring site policies are followed
• Performing full patrols and check‑ins across the customer campus
• Responding to alarms and emergency incidents
• Managing CCTV and access control systems
• Communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners – both written and verbally
• Maintaining high standards of dress and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• A valid SIA licence (Guarding or Door Supervisor)
• CCTV licence (or willingness to train)
• Flexibility to work day/night/weekend shifts on a rotating 4 on, 4 off pattern
• Confidence using IT systems, phones, and email and clients internal systems
• Corporate security experience or strong customer‑facing skills
• A proactive, team‑oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desirable but not essential
