Samsic UK is seeking a Relief Security Concierge for a part-time role (Thursday to Sunday, 4:00pm-12:00am) in Richmond and surrounding areas. You will provide security and front-of-house support, acting as the first point of contact while upholding high service standards.
Ideal candidates have hospitality or concierge experience, an SIA licence, a valid UK driving licence, and access to a vehicle. DBS check is desirable; you will be confident, well-presented and customer-focused.
Temporary Contract - Thursday to Sunday, 4:00pm to Midnight
Location: Richmond and surrounding areas within South East London
Rate: £14.04 per hour
Shift Pattern: Part-time - Thursday to Sunday, 4:00pm-12:00am
Valid SIA Licence
Full clean UK Driving Licence - Essential
Comfortable and confident driving a 12-seater van
Must have a hospitality, concierge, hotel, reception or customer service background
Must have access to their own personal vehicle
Enhanced DBS - desirable
Strong customer service and communication skills

Observant, proactive and confident security mindset
Basic IT literacy, including email, reporting systems and standard office applications

As a Relief Security Concierge, you will provide a professional combination of security, customer service and front-of-house support across client locations.
You will often be the first point of contact for visitors, employees and contractors, so the ability to create a welcoming first impression while maintaining strong security standards is essential.
This role is ideally suited to someone who has worked within hospitality, hotels, concierge, reception or premium customer-facing environments and is comfortable balancing security responsibilities with front-of-house service.
We are looking for someone who combines the awareness and professionalism of a security officer with the personality and service standards of an experienced hospitality professional.
You should be confident engaging with people from all backgrounds, comfortable working independently and able to adapt quickly between different client environments.
