Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Relief Retail Security Officer to provide safety and security across Oxford, Milton Keynes and High Wycombe areas, ensuring protection of property, people and assets while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence, driving ability for a 30-mile radius travel, and flexibility to work varied shifts between 08:00 and 22:00 (Mon-Sat) and 10:00-17:00 (Sun).

• Use ASCONE to maintain site security and conduct regular patrols.
• Complete relevant incident and security reports accurately.
• Be flexible to cover sickness/holiday absences and short-notice shifts.
