Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Relief Pharmacy Services Assistant to support our pharmacies across Lincolnshire, helping teams deliver a safe, professional and welcoming service to patients and members.

You’ll work across our pharmacy network, adapting to different teams and environments while ensuring smooth operation and excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in community pharmacy or retail healthcare is beneficial.
• Ability to provide friendly, helpful and professional service to patients.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team with the day-to-day running of the pharmacy.
• Provide a friendly, helpful and professional service to patients and members.
• Support the safe and accurate supply of medicines and pharmacy services under the direction of the pharmacist and wider pharmacy team.
• Process prescriptions and support the pharmacy team with dispensing activities.
• Help maintain accurate records and follow pharmacy procedures and processes.
• Support stock management, including receiving, organising and maintaining pharmacy stock.
• Work effectively across different pharmacy environments, adapting to the needs of each team.
• Build positive relationships with patients, members and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality, patient safety and professional conduct.
• Support the delivery of a clean, organised and welcoming pharmacy environment.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the pharmacy and help your colleagues provide the best possible service.

What will you be doing?

As a Relief Pharmacy Services Assistant, you'll work across our pharmacy network, supporting different teams and helping to make sure each pharmacy continues to run smoothly and provide an excellent experience for patients.

In this role, you will:

You won't be doing this alone. You'll be part of a wider network of pharmacy professionals, managers and support teams who are passionate about community healthcare and helping our colleagues develop.
