Job summary

Boots UK is hiring a pharmacist to apply clinical expertise daily within a supportive team, delivering trusted care through in-store and digital tools. You’ll uphold patient safety and provide advanced and private services while contributing to high standards of care.

You’ll work with the Store Manager to develop the healthcare team, mentor colleagues, and represent Boots in the local community and with healthcare professionals. A collaborative mindset and registration are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and eagerness to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools
• Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
• Monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safety
• Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
• Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.
• Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
