Job summary

Superdrug Stores Plc is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to cover Bitterne, Woolston, Romsey and Fareham stores. The role involves a 36-hour week, with Saturdays, and a rota across locations. Salary up to £55k FTE based on 45 hours/week; travel between stores supported.

You will join a network delivering patient care across multiple sites, coordinating with store teams and regional management to maintain service standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• GPhC-registered pharmacist to practice.
• Community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Driving licence desirable to cover multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple pharmacy teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure stock control, operational standards and GPhC compliance.
• Inspire teams to exceed targets and deliver high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with Regional Healthcare Manager for coaching and support.
