Job summary

Boots is looking for a pharmacist to join our community teams. You'll apply clinical expertise daily, delivering NHS and private services with in-store and digital tools, while ensuring patient safety and high standards.

You'll lead patient care, coach colleagues, and collaborate with store leadership to develop the healthcare team. There are opportunities across Boots to progress into independent prescribing or clinical services.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others.
