Job summary

Boots UK is hiring a pharmacist in the United Kingdom to use clinical expertise daily, delivering trusted care and services to the communities we serve, with a brilliant team and the right tools.

You will lead patient safety and pharmacy compliance, monitor and improve standards of care, and work with the Store Manager to develop the wider healthcare team. You’ll also grow talent through coaching and mentorship across Boots.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others.
