Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a pharmacist to deliver NHS, local and private services using in-store and digital tools. You will lead patient safety standards, ensure compliance, and work with the Store Manager to grow the healthcare team's capability.

You will coach colleagues, deliver care that reflects community needs, and represent Boots in local healthcare networks. A GPhC registration and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset and eagerness to coach others.

What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)
