Job summary

Busy Bees is looking for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to join our team in London. You will plan and deliver engaging educational activities, support the Bee Curious curriculum, and mentor unqualified colleagues in a thriving, supportive setting.

You will act as Key Person, fostering partnerships with families and tracking children’s progress through observations and assessments, helping their development and confidence grow together.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
