Busy Bees Birmingham St James Road is a leading UK nursery group seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to deliver outstanding care and education and to mentor unqualified team members. You will support the Bee Curious curriculum and contribute to a thriving, supportive setting.
The role includes planning activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive environment, and taking on Key Person responsibilities to nurture strong partnerships with families in a busy Edgbaston nursery.
As a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering outstanding care and education to children at Busy Bees. Your expertise will play a key role in supporting the development of our Bee Curious curriculum, while guiding and mentoring unqualified team members. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early years education and are looking to take on greater responsibility in a thriving and supportive setting.

Busy Bees Birmingham St James Road is an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 116, located in the heart of Edgbaston. Housed in a converted building, the nursery offers a wide variety of learning experiences for children, both indoors and outdoors. We have strong connections with the local Children’s Centre and nearby schools, and we welcome parents to join in for celebrations like Christmas and Easter, as well as stay and play sessions. You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as anEarly Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
