Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a Level 2 Qualified Early Years Assistant to join our nurturing nursery team. You will support children's development through play-based activities and help deliver the Bee Curious curriculum in a welcoming, flexible environment.

The ideal candidate will have Level 2 in early years education, experience with under-5s, and strong empathy, communication and organisational skills to build trusted relationships with children and families.

• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.

Weston-Super-Mare is housed in a purpose-built double-story building with secure access, featuring a large garden and a separate baby garden.
