Busy Bees Preston Hospital is recruiting an Early Years Assistant (Unqualified). You’ll support the team in preparing and delivering activities, maintain a safe, nurturing environment, and help children develop socially and emotionally through play-based learning.

No formal qualifications required; however, enthusiasm for early years and a commitment to learning are valued. The role offers an above-minimum wage rate of £12.75 per hour for those aged 21+, with progression and training provided.

Busy Bees Preston Hospital, rated \"Good\" by Ofsted, offers a capacity of 60 children and is conveniently situated within the grounds of Preston Hospital. Our hourly rates of pay differ for people under 21 but they are above national minimum wage levels. For employees aged 21 and above, our hourly rate of pay is £12.75.
