Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Assistant (Unqualified) in Coventry Allesley Green to support children’s growth within a safe and nurturing setting. The role offers training and development opportunities as part of our Bee Curious curriculum.

About Our Nursery

Join our dedicated team at Busy Bees in Coventry Allesley Green, an Ofsted-rated Outstanding facility with a capacity of 46 children. Our longstanding staff includes Centre Director Becky Curran, with 32 years of experience, alongside Chris Lewis and Patricia Ward, each with 20 and 10 years, respectively. We pride ourselves on strong community ties, collaborating with our local Onestop, which judges our internal competitions, and participating in community service activities like litter picking. Conveniently located with a bus terminal directly opposite the centre, we provide easy access to both Coventry and Birmingham. Key Responsibilities

Our hourly rates of pay differ for people under 21 but they are above national minimum wage levels. For employees aged 21 and above, our hourly rate of pay is £12.75.
