Busy Bees in Braintree Great Notley is an Ofsted-rated Outstanding nursery seeking an Early Years Assistant (Unqualified). No formal qualifications are required, and you’ll gain valuable experience with ongoing training to help you grow in early years education.

You’ll contribute to our Bee Curious curriculum, support play-based learning, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment. Competitive hourly pay starts at £12.75 for staff over 21.

Our hourly rates of pay differ for people under 21 but they are above national minimum wage levels. For employees aged 21 and above, our hourly rate of pay is £12.75.
