Job summary

Algeco UK is seeking a on-site installation technician to carry out installation and de-installation of Algeco units and related equipment. You will supervise lifting operations, follow RAMS/SSOW/SOPs, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on site.

You will report to the Install Manager and Project Managers, with training provided for lift supervision and PDA usage. Strong safety focus and customer-facing professionalism are essential for success.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card - NVQ Level 2 Blue Skilled Worker.
• Slinger/Signaller and ECS, IPAF and/or PASMA.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Lift Supervisor training preferred.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours with overtime at time and a half.

Responsibilities

• Undertake installation and de-installation of Algeco products and equipment.
• Comply with RAMS, SSOW, SOPs, local safety standards and equipment instructions.
• Execute the Project plan under the guidance of Project Manager and handover to customer.
• Assess units prior to collection for damage and obtain customer sign-off.
• Maintain stock and equipment and record daily plans using a PDA, with training provided.
• Represent Algeco professionally at customer sites.
