Job summary

NHS Orkney invites applications for a relief cleaning role based at Stronsay GP Practice. You will join a team maintaining a clean and safe environment in line with NHS National Cleaning Specification and support the Stronsay and Westray surgeries.

The post requires prior cleaning experience; COSHH and Infection Control training are advantageous. You must be able to work independently or as part of a team and respect patient confidentiality.

• Prior cleaning experience is essential.
• COSHH and Infection Control training are advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe working environment for Stronsay Surgery and Westray Surgery as part of the NHS Orkney team.
• Deliver cleaning and domestic services in line with NHS standards and locality needs.
