The Role

As Relief General Manager, you’ll play a vital part in the success of our Herringbone venues, stepping in to support and lead the team in the absence of a GM, during periods of transition or while covering for leave. You’ll bring a calm, professional presence and lead by example to ensure service standards, team engagement and profitability remain consistently high — no matter which location you’re in.
