Relief General Kitchen Assistant - Ysgol Bryn Castell School

Job description: As and When Needed. Term Time.

Responsibilities
  • Providing primary, secondary and special school meals to 56 schools across the county borough.
  • Assisting in the preparation, presentation and service of school meals.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean environment for pupils and staff.
  • Setting out dining tables and chairs and, in some schools, operating a touch screen terminal (training provided on start).
  • Cover at schools across the County Borough as a requirement of the role.
Qualifications & Training
  • Level Two Food Hygiene Certificate (training provided if necessary to help you obtain this).
  • Willingness to undergo DBS checks as required.
Working Hours & Location

Working hours will be confirmed upon appointment but will be between 10:00am and 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only.
