A local council is looking for a Relief General Kitchen Assistant to help provide school meals across various locations. The role includes preparation, presentation, and serving of meals, maintaining cleanliness, and flexibility to cover different schools. Applicants must have a Level Two Food Hygiene Certificate or be willing to obtain one, along with an Enhanced DBS check. Hours are typically between 10:00 am and 2:30 pm during term time only.
As and When Needed • Term Time
Providing primary, secondary and special school meals to 56 schools across the county borough, Catering Services have a variety of opportunities for you to work as a General Kitchen Assistant across their service and would like to hear from you.
Working hours will be confirmed upon appointment but will be between 10.00am and 2.30pm, to support the mid -morning break and lunchtime periods, Monday to Friday, term time only.
