We’re looking for a talented Relief Chef Manager to support operations across 15 UK sites, delivering outstanding food and leadership wherever you go. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in variety, enjoys travel, and loves leading by example.
Working closely with our Regional Manager, you’ll step into key sites when needed – keeping standards high, customers satisfied, and teams motivated.
Taking the lead at multiple locations, covering for chef managers on leave or supporting during peak periods
Preparing fresh, seasonal, locally sourced meals with flair and creativity
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across kitchen and front of house
Managing stock, ordering supplies, and maintaining high hygiene and safety standards
Supporting and mentoring on-site teams, bringing energy, organisation, and leadership wherever you go
Experienced Chef Manager with a track record of leading successful kitchen operations
Confident communicator with strong people skills
Adaptable, self-motivated, and highly organised
Full UK driving license – travel is essential
Flexible approach to hours and travel – no two days are the same!
Strong understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulation
