Job summary

A culinary staffing agency in North Wales seeks Relief Chefs for various settings, including pubs and hotels. Candidates must have experience at Sous Chef level and excellent cooking skills. Flexibility to work from Kitchen Assistant to Head Chef level is essential. A DBS and Level 2 hygiene certificate are also required. This role offers hourly pay with opportunities for immediate work.

Overview

Relief Chefs required in North Wales

Flexible chefs who are able to work in all industries including in Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels and Care Homes, sometimes at short notice. You may be working from Kitchen Assistant to Head Chef level, depending on your skills and the requirement of the property you are working at.

Requirements

Requirements:

Chefs who have worked to at least Sous Chef level with excellent all round cooking skills capable of jumping on any section and used to working in fast paced kitchens with all fresh produce. Hourly pay for all work.

It is not essential to have your own transport but it is advantageous.

A DBS dated within the last year is required for all care home roles along with at least a Level 2 hygiene certificate.
