Job summary

Royal Mencap Society is seeking Relief Support Workers in Selby to help individuals with learning disabilities live fulfilling lives. As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll assist with daily activities and provide emotional support, joining a diverse team dedicated to 24-hour care.

Roles involve flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with DBS checks and references required. Our rotas are planned at least four weeks in advance, and the salary is £24,785 per annum, pro-rata, with
