The Wilf Ward Family Trust is seeking a Relief Support Worker in Knaresborough to provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or health conditions across various care settings.

You will work a mix of day, late, sleep-in, waking night shifts and every other weekend, with flexibility and commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare. Training and supervision are provided.
