Job summary

Jewish Care is seeking a Care Assistant to join our care team on a relief/bank basis. You will support residents with personal care, meals and activities, taking a person-centred approach to help them live well.

Two-week rolling rota: Week 1 four days, Week 2 two days, 12-hour shifts from 8am to 8pm, including some weekends. A caring, patient attitude and strong team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our Care team.

As a Care Assistant, you'll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. You'll get to know each resident as an individual - what matters to them, what makes them smile - and tailor your support to help them live well.

No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.

This post is for Relief/ Bank staff working on a casual as and when required basis to cover absence.

Working pattern
