Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD is seeking a reliable Labourer to join the site team on a Hastings project (TN34). You will support the construction team by performing a variety of labouring duties to help keep the project running smoothly, safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities include assisting with general site duties, loading/unloading materials, maintaining site cleanliness and safety, and supporting trades with manual tasks. Valid CSCS Card and full PPE are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labouring role.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
• Reliable, punctual and physically fit.
• Valid CSCS Card.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with general site duties as directed by the site manager.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Maintaining site cleanliness and safety.
• Supporting trades with manual tasks.
