Job description
Overview

Reliability Process Engineer – Somerset | 4 on / 4 off (2 days, 2 nights)

There's a lot happening here right now. Millions being invested into site, new projects landing, and people progressing internally — which is exactly why this role exists.

I'm looking to talk with Process Engineer's who know their way around production efficiency, problem-solving, and a bit of good old continuous improvement. Someone who doesn't just fix things when they break but thinks about why they broke in the first place.

If you're a Multiskilled or Maintenance Engineer who understands process, you're very much welcome to apply. This could be the move that gets you out of “same old” mode and into something that actually goes somewhere.

Responsibilities
  • Spotting and sorting process inefficiencies before they become problems.
  • Supporting root cause analysis and improvement projects.
  • Working with production, quality, and engineering teams to make stuff run smoother.
  • Looking at data and KPIs to find where things can be better.
  • Getting hands-on with trials and new product introductions.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Maintenance, Reliability, CI or Process Engineer.
  • An Engineering qualification.
  • A good handle on Health & Safety.
  • Ideally some exposure to food or FMCG manufacturing (but not essential).
  • Bonus points if you've got PLC know-how or both mechanical/electrical skills.
Shift

The shift pattern's 4 on / 4 off - two days, two nights. Predictable, balanced, and gives you actual time off.

Next steps

If you want to join a business that's genuinely investing in its site and its people, this is a good time to do it.
