Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Attleborough is seeking a Multiskilled Engineer to deliver and sustain reliability across plant processes. You will provide first line support, work on problem solving, and contribute to CI initiatives using lean tools.

The role requires strong English communication, fault-finding skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with 4 on 4 off shifts (5am-5pm).

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Understanding of Engineering schematics (Mechanical/Electrical/Pneumatic/PI&D).
• Excellent fault-finding skills; lean tools knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent time management.
