Job summary

JLL in the UK is seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive reliability-centered maintenance across our client property portfolio, blending engineering expertise with asset management strategies.

You will develop predictive and preventive maintenance programs, use data analytics to improve equipment performance, and collaborate with facilities teams to reduce downtime and lifecycle costs while aligning with client objectives across commercial and industrial estates.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering.
• Experience in reliability/maintenance engineering within CRE or industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps and electrical distribution systems.
• Proficiency with CMMS and data analysis for asset performance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability improvement plans for building systems across assigned properties.
• Conduct RCFA/FMEA to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
• Support asset management programs and risk registers for UK portfolio.
• Provide engineering support to site leads on operational delivery, compliance and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure KPIs/CPIs for maintenance are met and manage mitigations per process.
• Lead RCMS assessments to determine optimal maintenance intervals and strategies.
• Collaborate with facilities teams and contractors to embed reliability best practices.
• Support capital planning by identifying aging equipment and lifecycle costs.
