Are you a graduate with a qualification in Engineering or a similar discipline?

You may be the candidate we are looking for! As a Reliability Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to implement, protect, and continually refine our asset care strategy. Collaborating closely with our production facilities, you'll help boost equipment performance and elevate our maintenance programs.

The Recipe (About the Role)
  • Collaborate closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure consistent adherence to maintenance programs and practices across all facilities. Drive the continuous improvement of these programs by identifying opportunities for optimisation and implementing best practices.
  • Act as the Subject Matter authority for the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring effective use, data integrity, and continuous improvement. Head maintenance reporting and KPI tracking to support data-driven solution-making and performance monitoring.
  • Support both capital and non-capital projects by ensuring reliability fundamentals are embedded throughout. Champion the Early Equipment Management (EEM) process to drive robust design, smooth commissioning, and long-term asset performance.
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of Criticality Assessments and Risk-Based Maintenance evaluations, including methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM), to maximise asset performance and mitigate operational risks.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and support teams to guide and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring technical failures and breakdowns, driving sustainable corrective actions and long-term reliability improvements.
  • Identify and head Value Optimisation projects that enhance asset performance, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
