• Identify and track cross-team risks and dependencies, ensuring mitigation and removal of blockers.

• Champion Agile culture and Ways of Working, fostering a safe environment.
• Coordinate interlock and dependency management across teams for readiness and communication.
• Drive continuous improvement of flow, value delivery, and technology use, addressing bottlenecks.
