EDF is seeking a Release Train Engineer to coordinate delivery across digital platforms, customer channels and technology services within a hybrid, multi-site setup across London, the South East and the South West.

You will lead Programme Increment planning, release planning and cross-team delivery activities, managing dependencies, risks and forecasting while providing clear progress visibility to senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• Led technology or digital delivery across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Skilled in Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and SAFe.
• Experienced in programme Increment planning, release planning and delivery governance.
• Adept at managing dependencies, risks, capacity and forecasting.

The Opportunity

As a Release Train Engineer within BWS Technology, you'll play a key role in coordinating delivery across digital platforms, customer channels and technology services. You'll help teams turn ambitious plans into successful outcomes while supporting EDF's journey towards An Electric Britain.

You’ll join a hybrid team working across #London, the #SouthEast and the #SouthWest. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, architecture and business teams to balance demand, capacity and delivery priorities.

This is a highly visible role where you'll help shape delivery decisions, improve ways of working and create greater structure across a complex technology landscape. You'll be empowered to challenge the status quo, introduce best practice and help teams deliver value more effectively.

Who You Are

We're looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer or technology delivery professional who enjoys creating structure, building alignment and driving successful delivery outcomes. You'll be confident operating in complex environments where priorities, risks and dependencies need careful management. Are you experienced in…?

• Delivering IT or digital projects with proven delivery leadership experience
