As the Relationship Manager (Grant Management) at The Social Change Nest, you’ll build strong relationships with grassroots partners and funders, ensuring grants and hosting services run smoothly and effectively. You’ll manage multiple client accounts, oversee budgets and reporting, and provide hands‑on support to help groups strengthen their governance, finances, and strategy. Your Role
  • Manage relationships with grassroots partners and funders, ensuring our Grant Management and Process Hosting services run smoothly and effectively.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing hands‑on support and building long‑term relationships.
  • Oversee delivery of grant management contracts, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and budget alignment.
  • Support partners with financial management, governance, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication between clients, funders, and SCN teams.
  • Track risks, budgets, and deliverables across multiple contracts.
  • Advise clients on governance, funding opportunities, and operational processes.
  • Help strengthen and improve our service delivery as the organisation grows.
  • Collaborate across SCN teams to ensure aligned, high‑quality delivery.
What You’ll Need
  • Strong relationship and account management experience.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of grantmaking processes and financial administration.
