A leading social change organization in London seeks a Relationship Manager (Grant Management) to build partnerships and oversee grant services. As the Relationship Manager (Grant Management) at The Social Change Nest, you’ll build strong relationships with grassroots partners and funders, ensuring grants and hosting services run smoothly and effectively. You’ll manage multiple client accounts, oversee budgets and reporting, and provide hands‑on support to help groups strengthen their governance, finances, and strategy. This is a dynamic, people‑focused role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves problem‑solving, and is passionate about supporting social change from the ground up.
