Job description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and escalations.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients to enhance revenue streams.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and industry regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the company’s client base and increase profitability.
• Support tender submissions, bids, and contract negotiations with clients.
• Advise senior management on opportunities for operational improvement and cost efficiencies.
• Collaborate with project managers, site managers, and finance teams to align operations with client expectations.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff where appropriate.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and professional conduct across the team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and statutory regulations.
• Report on business performance and client satisfaction metrics to senior management.
