Contractor Relationship Manager

Location: Remote (UK-based) with 1 day p/month in Manchester or London office.

We’re looking for a Contractor Relationship Manager to nurture and grow our network of expert consultants and contractors — ensuring they stay connected, supported, and ready for exciting new opportunities.

What You’ll Do

As Contractor Relationship Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our consultant network — combining communication, insight, and operational excellence to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Availability Management:
  • Oversee contractor availability channels and maintain accurate monthly records.
  • Keep in touch with contractors to understand preferences, capacity, and project timelines.
  • Demand Matching & Insights:
  • Dive deep into our network to identify expertise that aligns with client demand.
  • Partner with the staffing and delivery teams to assemble high-performing project teams.
  • Spot skills gaps and opportunities across the network to inform future hiring and engagement.
  • Engagement & Experience:
  • Deliver an outstanding experience for contractors from onboarding through to ongoing engagement.
  • Build genuine, trust-based relationships across the community.
  • Represent the company at events and networking opportunities to connect with new and existing talent.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Keep data accurate and up to date in internal systems (e.g. Hubspot).
  • Ensure communication is clear, timely, and consistent across all channels.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen the contractor experience.
