Client Relationship Coordinator - Leicester

We are looking for a proactive and organised Client Relationship Coordinator to support the Client Relationship Lead and act as the central point of contact for one of our largest clients. This role is ideal for a confident self‑starter who can coordinate service delivery across multiple legal teams and ensure a consistently high standard of client care.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Support the Client Relationship Lead with day‑to‑day coordination and communication.
  • Provide general client care, follow client protocols, and update processes as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and delivery.
  • Handle client calls, messages, and non‑legal queries.
  • Liaise with Business Development regarding client activity and data management.
Administrative & Client Support
  • Manage workloads and deadlines effectively.
  • Oversee filing, record‑keeping, and compliance documentation.
  • Produce high‑quality documents and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate client information and assist with time recording.
  • Provide diary management, meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and general team admin.
  • Support allocation of work across the secondment team and help coordinate cover.
  • Manage the client training programme, including scheduling and materials.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders for key client meetings and assist with required documentation.
  • Administer Power of Attorney documents and gather service line feedback.
Team & Compliance
  • Arrange and attend team meetings, taking minutes when needed.
  • Update tracking reports and support adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confident use of document/case management systems.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Strong client service ethos and ability to build good working relationships.
