Relations and Services Coordinator – Photographic Retail

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract 40hrs/week Tues-Sat

Location: London (Covent Garden)

Salary: £17.07 per hour plus 15% Bonus

We're looking for a highly motivated and organised Relations and Services Coordinator to join our team at our flagship photographic store. As Relations and Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our services at FUJIFILM House of Photography, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for managing our database of professional members, overseeing our photographic studio, and managing our repairs and loans in our service centre, along with developing future services.

All our team members need flexibility in their available hours; you may be required to shift your working days to suit the business needs.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Professionals: Nurture and cultivate our database of professional members. You will be the main contact for Professional FUJIFILM Users at the House of Photography.
  • Photography Studio: Oversee our photographic studio, ensuring that it is properly equipped, organised and promoted.
  • High Level of Product Knowledge within Photo & Video: Engaging with customers and team to ensure they understand and interact with branded areas during the customer journey.
  • Service Centre: Manage our service centre which is includes our in-house loans, repairs and camera servicing, overseeing and ensuring that all processes are completed in a timely manner and properly documented and maintained.
  • Standards: Maintaining client success standards as set by the management team.
  • Understanding the industry and brand: Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and keeping up to date with our own and understanding of other brands.
  • Supporting Service: Providing excellent support for service in areas such as but not limited to headshots and events.
  • Development: Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer service.
What we are looking for:
  • Photography / Video Knowledge: A very strong and high understanding of the industry
  • Communication expert: Flagship interpersonal and communication skills. Exemplary customer engagement and concierge level
  • Problem-solving skills: You're able to resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise.
  • Initiative and ownership: Take the lead and make an impact in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively within our exceptional team and building relationships.
  • Punctuality: Maintain a good attendance record.
  • A flexible approach to working hours: Including weekends and busy times.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is a must.
  • Adobe Suite, Capture One and Microsoft Suite proficiency.
