The successful candidate will have a strong background in field sales, a passion for animal welfare, and the ability to build lasting relationships. Qualifications

• Passionate advocate for animal welfare with UK rehoming sector experience.
• Proven track record in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environments.
• Deep knowledge of pet health and welfare.
• Knowledge of pet health industry networks and FCA compliance considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support existing partners through onboarding and training.
• Recruit new partners and identify collaboration opportunities.
• Drive partner engagement to boost sales performance.
• Attend trade shows and events for brand awareness.
• Deliver timely reporting on market trends.
• Provide timely reporting on market trends and performance metrics.
• Lead partner training sessions while complying with FCA guidelines.
• Operate towards clearly defined KPIs reflecting Agria's standards.

Rehoming Partner Manager - Midlands & South England. Join Agria Pet Insurance, a leading specialist pet insurer, to support rehoming partners with tailored guidance, onboardings, and growth strategies. This role covers the Midlands and the South of England; you must live within this territory to be considered.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting existing partners through onboarding, training, and exceptional customer service
• Actively recruiting new partners and identifying fresh opportunities for collaboration
• Driving partner engagement to boost activations, retention, and sales performance
• Planning your territory effectively to meet business targets and sustainability goals
• Attending trade shows, conferences, and events to expand brand awareness
• Staying on top of market trends and delivering timely, insightful reporting
• Leading engaging partner training sessions while upholding FCA compliance
• Working towards clearly defined KPIs that reflect Agria\'s industry-leading standards

What We're Looking For
