Brainkind in Ely is hiring a Rehabilitation Support Worker to join a dedicated team. You will support individuals with brain injury in their journey toward independent living, under a personalised plan and with ongoing training.

No prior care experience is required; our induction and specialist coaching will prepare you to work with residents to regain skills and confidence. This is a rewarding, community-based role in Cambridgeshire.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full induction and training provided.
• Empathy, patience and resilience are essential.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support following individual plans to develop independent living skills.
• Assist residents with daily activities and rehabilitation goals.
